Cloud Advocate/Senior Technical Engineer

Fuelled Networks, a top IT services company in Ottawa, is looking for a cloud advocate/senior technical engineer to join our rapidly growing team. We want the best of the best – someone who’s technically brilliant and client service focused, in order to help us better serve our clients.

Keep in mind; we’re looking for someone who’s certified and/or strongly proficient (5+ years relevant experience) in the following:

• Server 2012
• Exchange 2010/2013/2016
• Azure
• Active Directory/DNS/Group Policy/PowerShell
• Office 365
• Wireless
• Mobility
• Security
• Networking
• Backup and Disaster Recovery

The ideal candidate requirements:

• Design cloud, hybrid or on premise solutions that align with business requirements
• Stay ahead of new technologies and get excited about the latest solutions
• Display a winning attitude and have the ability to get things done when needed
• Put client needs first and foremost and do whatever it takes to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage projects from initial client communication through to the client lessons learned – documenting technical pieces in between.
• Has a valid drivers license and 24/7 access to a vehicle
• Maintain and develop documentation
• Maintain up to date ticketing and PSA requirement
